In 2012, he was appointed Chief Deputy, a position he has faithfully served in for the past 14 years with strong leadership and commitment.
In addition to his decades of law enforcement experience, Joel has also served as Senior Pastor of Life Church in West Monroe since 1996, giving him more than 30 years of pastoral leadership and ministry experience.
